“Wait For It” is the debut project from Charles Devon. The 9-track EP brings a sense of edge to his already smoldering R&B sound. Pulling inspiration from one of his biggest musical influences, Luther Vandross, the first single “Bae” didn’t arrive a minute too late. While “Creative” addresses his sensual nature, “Elevate” serves as a message to the haters. “Start Over” is an ode to an old college love, followed by “Infinite” - an intimate address on his upbringing. Closing the EP, Charles gifts his fans with an acoustic take of his smash hit “H.D.Y.F. (How Do You Feel)” released just last year. The project gives us a closer look into the man Charles is becoming - tenacious, motivated, confident, passionate and unphased; all of which he has poured into this project giving fans a perfect R&B vibe.
